Kale Chips Recipe

Serves: 2


  • 1 bunch kale, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Chop kale into 1/2 inch pieces.
  3. Place all ingredients in a large bowl and massage the oil, lemon juice and sea salt into the kale using your hands.
  4. Place on parchment lined baking sheets and bake for 12 minutes.

    Have always wanted to try Kale chips and managed to do them this morning before work. Can I say – yummy yummy! They are extremely moorish. Used smoked paprika and hot dried chilli. Just the right amount of oil and so flavoursome. Took 15 minutes in the oven at 350. Will definitely do again. Best eaten just after making, as they do soften.
